Beau Mont Restaurant
An eagerly awaited arrival on Montréal’s culinary scene, Beau Mont from the Signé Toqué! powerhouse duo of Christine Lamarche and Normand Laprise puts the spotlight on local products and inspires people to see beyond the plate.
Less formal than Toqué! and a notch more refined than Brasserie T, Beau Mont offers tasty, market cuisine featuring traceable seasonal produce in a sophisticated, neo-industrial setting with exposed ceilings and an open kitchen.
Open for supper seven days a week, Beau Mont’s menu constantly evolves with the seasons and availability. From mozzarella-stuffed zucchini flowers to rabbit ballotine to line-caught blue fin tuna or rhubarb millefeuille, each dish is a celebration of seasonal goodness, showcasing only the freshest and highest quality ingredients from local purveyors. The wine list features diverse and lesser-known labels, ripe for discovery, while cocktails are beautiful, tasty and local.
Patrons will appreciate Quebec-inspired touches throughout this stylish bistro, such as an illuminated photo of Kamouraska by Dominique Malaterre. Behind the 80-place dining room hides a massive production space at the back of the building, which houses the butcher shop that supplies meat to all of the restaurants from the Toqué! family, as well as an impressive wine cellar.
