Executive Chef Aymeric Halbmeyer adds his creative flourish to an ever-changing menu of simple, yet inventive fare showcasing seasonal local produce. Selections range from a filet of snapper with citrus beurre blanc, green oil and seasonal vegetables to slow-cooked loin of Québec veal in whisky braising jus with a sprinkling of oregano dust, not to forget fresh squid-ink linguine with candied plums and oyster mushrooms. Here, you are greeted by a comprehensive menu of delightful dishes that extends to Sunday brunch.
For corporate events and private functions held in the museum’s event spaces, the Beaux-Arts Restaurant also provides an all-inclusive catering service for groups of 10 to 400 people.
