Labo culinaire - Foodlab

Restaurants
Downtown - Quartier des spectacles

Located on the same floor as the famous dome, Le Labo culinaire invites you to fully experience the Société des arts technologiques through a gastronomic experience where creativity and flavor shine brightly. Following a farm-to-table philosophy, the menu is both refined and comforting and can be enjoyed from a beautiful terrasse overlooking downtown.

Harvesting fruits and vegetables from rooftop gardens at their freshest, the vast majority of which are organic, allows chef Thimothée Vielajus and his team to dream up a menu that is renewed as the seasons change. Pastry chef, Delphine Bordeleau, offers a surprising combination of flavors that have become a staple of the restaurant.

Natural, funky, fresh and affordable wines accompany the delicious food that fills the menu. Over the years the restaurant has moved away from “classic” wines, instead opting for wine that will surprise and impress, defying expectations. Le Labo also offers a variety of microbrewery beers and local artisanal ciders, as well as a signature, 100% Québécois cocktail menu created by head barman, Étienne Cloutier-Mongeau.
