Labo culinaire - Foodlab
The Labo Culinaire occupies the top floor of the neo-industrial Society for Arts and Technology building in the Quartier des Spectacles. Chef Adrien Renaud and sommelier Maude Rochette favour direct contact with small producers and wish to convey a vision of "farm to table" restaurant culture. The changing menu is based on fresh and local ingredients and responsible agricultural practices, and the wine list is composed of natural and biodynamic wines. In the evening, the outdoor patio offers breathtaking views of the urban nightscape.
