Restaurant Le XVI XVI
Le XVI XVI, at just a short walk from the Montréal Museum of Fine Arts at 1616 Sherbrooke Street West, offers much more than one would expect from a gastronomic restaurant. Here, French culinary tradition meets modern technology in an experiential setting that appeals to all five senses: from the artistry on the plate to the atmosphere around, the experience is all-encompassing. To this, add the fun of being served by R1-B1, a humanoid bartending robot who mixes cocktails and cracks jokes with equal ease!
Le XVI XVI’s menu features the ever-elegant and innovative Franco-Québec cuisine of French chef and culinary artist, Joris Larigaldie. Staying true to French culinary tradition, he proposes a host of daring and unique creations that showcase local Québec produce.
The cocktail list is courtesy of none other than award-winning Alexis Taoufiq, the youngest mixologist ever to garner the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France and star bartender at Montréal speakeasy The 4th Wall.
