Smoking Meat serves up homemade dishes with smoked meat from three types of meat: Angus AAA Canadian beef, Nagano pork from Québec, and Québec turkey. The meats used are all without hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives. A home or office catering service is available for all events: barbecues, receptions, staff parties, group lunches at work, etc.
