Smoking meat


Smoking Meat serves up homemade dishes with smoked meat from four types of meat: Kobe beef (Wagyu) from Alberta, Angus AAA Canadian beef, Nagano pork from Québec, and Québec turkey. The meats used are all without hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives. A home or office catering service is available for all events: barbecues, receptions, staff parties, group lunches at work, etc.
