See a unique side of Montréal by bike

Montréalers love to bike and they're proud of it! There are 876 kilometres of cycling paths criss-crossing the city, including its natural parks and suburbs. Cycling is an enjoyable way of getting from one place to another, while enjoying the sights in between. Visitors can easily rent bicycles or use BIXI, Montréal’s public bike sharing service. BIXI bikes are available at a minimal cost from May to November. You can pick up a bike from one of the stations and return it to any other station in the network. BIXI bike stations are generally located outside metro stations and on major streets. During certain weekday periods and at all times on weekends, bicycles are allowed in the first car of metro trains.
